1. If your product is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a return or replacement.
2. For normal returns (not defective or damaged), buyers may return the product, but the cost of both-side shipping will be charged to them.
3. Bamboo Street offers a simple and hassle-free 7-day return policy.
4. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

1. Unwashed & Unused – Items must be in original, unused condition.
2. Original Packaging & Tags – Must be returned with packaging and tags intact.
3. Quality Check – Bamboo Street will inspect the product before issuing a refund or exchange.
4. Non-Compliant Returns – Items not meeting conditions will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Defective or Damaged Products

2. For normal returns, raise a request within 7 days of delivery. Two-way shipping will be charged.
